We are the go-to organisation for anyone who wants to understand local needs and work together to enrich the lives of H&F residents. Through our extensive networks in public, private and charity sectors we match resources with causes, and make partnership connections so that all local people and every generation has what they need to thrive.
Densely populated and diverse, H&F is a borough of inequality: poverty and isolation are high, with the busiest foodbank in London. But there is also an amazing community of volunteers supporting 500 grassroots groups in our communities.
So we connect them. Through grants programmes, local appeals and creative projects, we find positive ways to recognise and support people who work for those in need.

Our history
As a young and vibrant charity, registered in 2020, our enthusiasm and passion know no bounds. Whatever the need is, we want to find a way. We love a challenge and want to hear from local people about what they need.
H&F Giving was formed by Hammersmith United Charities, in partnership with Dr Edwards and Bishop King’s Fulham Charity, to mark mutual 400-year anniversary celebrations. Their aim was to recreate a spirit of community philanthropy which unites our residents for the benefit of future generations.
