About the H&F Community Support & Resilience Fund

Funds available: £225k
Maximum Grant Amount: £20,000

Deadline: Midday Wednesday 28 October

Hammersmith & Fulham Council, in partnership with H&F Giving, have launched the H&F Community Support & Resilience Fund 2026/27 awarding grants to local community and voluntary organisations supporting residents experiencing financial hardship and material deprivation. The fund has been developed to strengthen community-based coordination and early intervention support.

The fund will combine practical help for people facing immediate need with preventative activity that helps residents access essentials, improve financial resilience, reduce the likelihood of repeat crisis, and connect with wider support.

Grants of up to £20,000 are available. We also welcome applications for smaller values and encourage partnership applications between organisations delivering in Hammersmith & Fulham.

This opportunity is only open to not-for-profit and charitable organisations.

Timeline

All funds must be spent or committed before 19 March 2027. The activity funded and final monitoring report should be completed and submitted by 9 April 2027.

Applications now open until Midday Wednesday 28 October.

    About the funding

We have a total of £225,000 available for the H&F Community Support & Resilience Fund 2026/27. Organisations with a track record in supporting residents in Hammersmith & Fulham who are experiencing financial hardship or material deprivation can apply for up to £20,000. We also welcome applications for smaller amounts.

The fund will support a mixture of prevention/resilience activity and immediate crisis support. Across the whole programme, we expect funding to be split equally (50/50) across these categories. Individual projects do not have to mirror this split exactly and may combine both types of support.
