On Sunday 9 August 2026, the Eventim Apollo, in partnership with Hammersmith & Fulham Giving, are planning to showcase the wealth of talent within the borough while shining a spotlight on the vital work of local grassroots organisations. This special afternoon event will offer community groups the opportunity to perform on the world‑famous stage, helping to raise their profile and increase awareness of the important work they do in the local community. Local groups will come together to celebrate creativity and cultural diversity across the area, while also raising much‑needed funds for H&F Giving to support our local community, including grassroots organisations that bring arts and culture to people living in the borough. 

We’re looking for local organisations to showcase their talent at this special event with a short (5-10 minute) performance – without you, it wouldn’t be possible to put such an amazing afternoon on.

If you’d like to be considered, please fill out the expression of interest form below by Wednesday 13 May. We’ll aim get back to you as soon as we can, and by Wednesday 27 May with an update at the latest.

We expect confirmed acts to receive a small donation to their associated organisation for participating along with an allocation of tickets for colleagues, beneficiaries, friends and family to attend the event on Sunday August 9^th 2026.
