Digital Support Fund 2025

H&F Giving is delighted to announce that we have launched the Digital Support Fund 2025 and applications are now open!

We have a total of £20,000 to give away to organisations to support projects that help bridge the digital divide in Hammersmith & Fulham. Groups are invited to apply for grants of up to £2,500.

Applications are now open until midday on Monday the 27th of October 2025.
