About the Digital Support Fund
Maximum Grant Amount: £2,500
Deadline: 27th October 2025
H&F Giving is excited to launch the Digital Support Fund 2025, with a total of £20,000 available for organisations to support projects that help bridge the digital divide in Hammersmith & Fulham. Organisations do not need to be based in the borough, but projects and activities must take place in Hammersmith & Fulham and directly benefit its residents. Groups are invited to apply for grants of up to £2,500.
The Digital Support Fund 2025 aims to tackle digital exclusion while helping residents build confidence and connection. We recognise that digital inclusion is about more than access to devices or skills, it’s also about helping people use technology safely, confidently, and in ways that strengthen community connection help tackle social isolation.
To help grants go further and support our sustainability goals, we encourage applicants to consider using refurbished or recycled technology wherever possible.
For this round, we aim to fund successful applications in full, which may make the process more competitive but will ensure projects have what they need to deliver effectively.
Timeline
All funds must be spent or committed before 1st April 2026. The activity funded and final monitoring report should be completed and submitted by as soon as possible after your project is completed and no later than 1st May 2026. If your activity is agreed to continue beyond April 2026, you will need to agree a timeline with H&F Giving.
