Digital Support Fund 2025 – Applications are now closed.
About the Digital Support Fund
H&F Giving is excited to launch the Digital Support Fund 2025, with a total of £20,000 available for organisations to support projects that help bridge the digital divide in Hammersmith & Fulham. Groups are invited to apply for grants of up to £2,500.
Support Available & Funding Criteria
The Digital Support Fund 2025 aims to tackle digital exclusion while helping residents build confidence and connection. We recognise that digital inclusion is about more than access to devices or skills, it’s also about helping people use technology safely, confidently, and in ways that strengthen community connection help tackle social isolation.
To help grants go further and support our sustainability goals, we encourage applicants to consider using refurbished or recycled technology wherever possible.
The Digital Support Fund 2025 will support initiatives such as:
- Providing devices, data, or connectivity
- Delivering courses or training to improve digital confidence and skills
- Fund training courses for employees that improve digital skills
- Activities that improve employability skills
- Running costs of existing digital inclusion organisations/activities
We welcome applications from all kinds of organisations, including small, grassroots, and community-led groups, particularly those without dedicated fundraising capacity. Projects may support, but are not limited to:
- Children and young people
- Older adults
- LGBTQIA+ people
- Disabled residents
- People experiencing homelessness
- Refugees and asylum seekers
To note:
- Organisations do not need to be based in the borough, but projects must provide direct support to residents of Hammersmith & Fulham.
- All organisations receiving grants will be required to keep records of all expenditure and to provide a report on activities and spend.
- All organisations which receive funding must have an up-to-date safeguarding policy and procedures and equal opportunity policy.
