Solidarity Sports
Calling all Champions of Hammersmith and Fulham, we need your help! We are looking for 100 people to pledge to raise £1,000 for H&F Giving by March 2025 or before. The money raised will go to help organisations working in our borough doing incredible work.
You can sign up as an individual, family, group of friends, community group, office, or school.
Together, we can make a difference to some of the most deprived people that live in our borough.
Founding Partners
As a Founding Partner, you’ll provide long-term, secure, and committed funding. Many local organisations are operating on a knife edge — your support could keep the lights on and their vital services running. Your partnership is key for our ambitious target to raise £1m by 2028 to dramatically transform the lives of some of the most vulnerable members of our community.
The founding partner package includes:
– Founding partner logo on all campaign materials
– Tour of three local projects so you can witness first-hand how your donation will help
– Logo on our website
– Spotlight on our social media channels
– Included in an email to our database of supporters
– Running packages available including –
– Fulham 10K on 16th November – join with our team of runners from local community organisations and run local to raise the much-needed local funding
– London Marathon 2026 and 2027 – we have a number of places for the London Marathon, please speak to us discuss this package directly.
– Invites to three exclusive H&F Giving events

As a Champion, you’ll be part of a powerful movement driving meaningful change in our community, and you won’t be alone, we’ll support you every step of the way with tools, guidance, and inspiration.
