Calling all Champions of Hammersmith and Fulham, we need your help! We are looking for 100 people to pledge to raise £1,000 for H&F Giving by March 2026 or before. The money raised will go to help organisations working in our borough doing incredible work.

You can sign up as an individual, family, group of friends, community group, office, or school.

Together, we can make a difference to some of the most deprived people that live in our borough.

Founding Partner

As a founding partner you will commit to a three year funding programme.

Suggested donation amount from £5,000 – £25,000 per year over a three year period.

Champion

As a Champion you will commit to raising £1,000 by March 2026.

This donation could be paid up front, or you could raise it over a period of time.

As a Champion, you’ll be part of a powerful movement driving meaningful change in our community, and you won’t be alone, we’ll support you every step of the way with tools, guidance, and inspiration.

– Inclusion on our wall of thanks on our website

– Mention on our social media platforms

– Running packages available including Fulham 10K – join with our team of runners and run local to raise the much-needed local funding

– Invites to three H&F Giving events

Becoming a Founding Partner includes:

As a Founding Partner, you’ll provide long-term, secure, and committed funding. Many local organisations are operating on a knife edge — your support could keep the lights on and their vital services running. Your partnership is key for our ambitious target to raise £1m by 2028 to dramatically transform the lives of some of the most vulnerable members of our community.

The founding partner package includes:

– Founding partner logo on all campaign materials

– Tour of three local projects so you can witness first-hand how your donation will help

– Logo on our website

– Spotlight on our social media channels

– Included in an email to our database of supporters

– Running packages available including the Fulham 10K and the London Marathon 2027 – join with our team of runners and run local to raise the much-needed local funding

– Invites to three exclusive H&F Giving events

FAQ

Where does the money go?

The money raised will go to A Better Hammersmith and Fulham grant fund. Organisations will be invited to apply for funding to support projects working in our local community. H&F Giving is an expert at allocating funds locally through grant giving rounds and will ensure that any money raised will go where it will have the biggest impact. We work with a team of community experts, so we can get your donations where they are needed most.

How can I make my donation?

We are incredibly grateful for your donation and will make it as easy as possible to donate to our campaign. There are three ways to pay:

Payment in full online – make your donation in full on our website
Payment in full offline – to pay offline via an invoice or card payment, please email [email protected] and we can arrange that for you
Monthly payments – you can pay via instalments by setting up a monthly donation

How do I raise money?

We have lots of ideas and advice on how you can raise the money. After you sign up, we will send you a pack full of ideas and information and we will be there to help you at every step of the way.

How long do I have to raise the money?

We are asking all Champions to raise their contributions by March 2026, but ideally before. The sooner we receive your donation, the quicker we can get those funds where they are needed most.
