Café Bridge in Parsons Green

Café Bridge is a fun and sociable way to play bridge, with people playing hands across 8 different cafés, bars and restaurants on Parsons Green.

These events can attract over 200 people and create a real buzz around the green. But they are not just about playing bridge; they are also about making a tangible difference in Hammersmith and Fulham. The last 4 events have raised over £16,500 that directly support H&F Giving’s efforts to empower the local community.

The partnership with the fabulous Andrew Robson Bridge Club on Parsons Green has helped the events sell out in record times. Other local bridge clubs, including The Hurlingham Club & Young Chelsea Bridge Club, have also helped create these fantastic social events, that allow bridge communities far and wide to come together and enjoy the game while connecting with each other.

After the play has ended, everyone culminates together at the Andrew Robson Bridge Club for the awards ceremony, drinks reception and raffle. The phenomenal Andrew Robson OBE, an influential charity supporter, England player and Times columnist, giving away some fantastic prizes.

Bridge players old and new, and at every level, have had some amazing days together on Parsons Green. Thank you to Victor at BrAin Bridge and Michael for the amazing work they do in setting up and running the incredible Café Bridge events.

We’d also like to say a huge thank you to the wonderful cafés, bars and restaurants of Parsons Green for hosting Café Bridge: The White Horse, 1910 Cantina, Duke on the Green, Eat Beirut, Hally’s, Megan’s by the Green and Ollie’s House, and to those amazing organisations that have provided some great prizes for the coveted raffle, including the Novotel West London.
