That’s why on Christmas Day, we will be hosting our annual H&F’s Big Christmas Day Lunch 2024 for up to 500 older and isolated members of our community, but we need your help.

Can you support this brilliant event to make sure this Christmas is one to remember?

On 25 December, guests will enjoy a festive, two-course meal at the Novotel London West Hotel, Hammersmith, with entertainment, a gift bag and transportation there and back. We need to raise £45,000* and we’re asking for your help to make this incredible event happen.

Christmas can be a hard time for some of our older residents. For those that live by themselves or have no family to visit, it can be a very difficult and lonely day. Combine that with continued rising costs and cuts to the Winter Fuel Payment, this Christmas could be very cold and sad for many.

This year, we’re delighted that The Hurlingham Club Foundation has come on board as a headline supporter of the event, but we are looking for more amazing partners to come together and make this a special day for our older neighbours. The H&F’s Big Christmas Day Lunch relies entirely on the generosity of local individuals, businesses and foundations.

Sponsorship Packages

£10,000+ will make you a headline sponsor for H&F’s Big Christmas Day Lunch

You’ll get a combination of the below plus:

• The chance for your staff to pack gift bags as a team-building activity, to be featured in the e-news
• The option for one or two of your company’s branded items or gifts to go into each of 500 gift bags (e.g. chocolates, pens, diaries, water bottles) & banner placement at the event on the day

£5,000+ will sponsor key elements that of this special day, you’ll get:

• Your sponsorship attributed to a part of the day such as the entertainment, sponsoring the mince pies, or supporting the costs of our goody bags so we make our residents feel extra special
• A quote from your business and your logo in articles for the council’s e-newsletter, which reaches 20,000 H&F residents
• Comms collaboration, such as press releases

£1,000+ will sponsor a table of 10 older residents to share their Christmas lunch together whilst making new connections. You’ll get:

• Your logo on your sponsored table(s), H&F’s Big Christmas Day Lunch 2024 webpages and posts on social media
• Your company’s name regularly highlighted across social media until January 2025
